Life at Intuita

We strongly believe that our team is what makes us unique. Here’s a window into what it’s like working with us…

About Life at Intuita

  • What is it like working at Intuita?

At Intuita we value collaboration, autonomy and authenticity above all else. We encourage everyone to be their true selves at work and we really embrace our differences – but don’t just take it from us…

“It’s great working with talented, like-minded people who you can learn from day to day, and who motivate you to do the best that you can.” – Amelia

“Every day is truly different, which I find really refreshing. Whilst I have my own project work and responsibilities, I’m always free to talk through any issues colleagues are facing, and I feel it would be reciprocated.” – Andrew S

“Working at Intuita is the best of both worlds: you have the small company feel but get to work on big, interesting and varied data projects.” – Luke M

  • Where are your offices?

We have offices in Newbury, London and Liverpool, but with our flexible and remote working policies, you can work from wherever suits you during the week. We regularly organise social events and group trips to each location to ensure we maintain our close-knit feel.

“We’ve now got three offices that aren’t exactly close to each other, but I’m surprised by how many people we see from all the offices; it does feel like the whole company is still connected.” – Luke M

“We are able and encouraged to spend time at all three offices to get to know everyone across the business, so it really feels like we’re all part of the same team, no matter where we’re based.” – Jo

  • What are your flexible and remote working policies?

We strive to be an inclusive and progressive company focused on the wellbeing and development of each individual, meaning that Intuita has and always will offer flexible working policies and hours to suit our team. It’s also completely up to you where you want to work – in one of our offices, at home, or a combination of both – although we do love to come together in person regularly to socialise and meet new joiners!

If we think you’re the right fit for us, we’re happy for you to tailor your work to fit your lifestyle – it’s as simple as that.

“At Intuita, you are trusted to work in the way that suits you.” – Julian

“We are trusted and encouraged to manage our workload and priorities, and fully supported to focus on areas we would like to develop.” – Amelia

  • What opportunities are there for professional development at Intuita?

We don’t just want to attract new talent; we want to keep hold of the great colleagues that we already have. That is why, when you join us, we will make sure you get the training and development you need to help you further your career.

“We get a lot of agency over the type of work we want to do in the data space. That kind of flexibility is pretty rare.” – Áron

“For me, the difference working at Intuita is that there is such a broad range of interesting work and you can really build your skill set.” – Drew

“I know that if I work my way up here that I’m doing it in the best place possible, performing among the best.” – Andrew S

  • What do you look for in candidates?

Proactivity, inquisitiveness and accountability are incredibly important qualities for us. We look for people who have a desire to use data to make a tangible difference in our clients’ businesses, working in a close-knit team to push each other to solve challenges to the highest standard.

Check out our values on the About page to find out more about how we approach our work.

    Mental Health First Aiders

Our team’s wellbeing is our top priority, which is why we have a Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee. Through the Committee’s efforts, we’re proud to have more than a quarter of our team trained as Mental Health First Aiders, making them qualified to identify and provide initial support to colleagues experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.

Our Fundraising Committee runs a variety of initiatives to raise money for charities close to our heart, such as our 2022 Fitness Challenge which saw us collectively ‘hike’ (run/cycle/snowboard/gym etc) the Appalachian Trail to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity.

    Team Socials

Collaboration is an important part of our culture, so we organise regular get-togethers to make time for socialising and getting to know newcomers. As a result, despite having three offices across the UK, we really do see ourselves as one team.
