The data collected from this Website will be held by Customer Value Engineering Ltd, trading as Intuita Consulting and Intuita Solutions.  As our business is Data Processing we are committed to all aspects of protecting personal data and ensuring that all legislation is adhered to, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

​The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you contacting us through this website.  This may be a general enquiry or a job application. The data collected will be limited to  your email address, name and any other personal data you include in the message field or any attachments.

This data will only be used to respond to the enquiry or process a job application.  We will not pass your data to any third party for the purposes of direct marketing.

The information collected from emails and job applications may be processed by third-party vendors as per our licence agreement and within GDPR regulation.  Through this contractual agreement they will not process or share any personal information.  All servers are located within the UK, however, in some instances, data may be held in different locations to improve data durability and disaster recovery.   As a result, some or all your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”).  If we do store or transfer data outside of the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would within the EEA and under the GDPR.

​The information provided may be shared or passed on to relevant employees within Intuita to assist with any queries or to process your job application.

For general enquiries your information will be retained for the duration of any conversation exchange.

For job applications your CV, covering note (if provided) and application form will be retained for 24 months to enable follow up and consideration for any new roles that may become available in the short term. You may grant permission for us to retain this for longer or to forget your information at any point within these 24 months by emailing recruitment@intuitaconsulting.com. After 24 months your data will be permanently deleted. We will respond to any requests for deletion without undue delay and at the latest within one month, letting you know (via email) whether we have erased the data in question, or whether your request has been refused

​We may keep you data for longer than this if there is a valid legal reason to do so.  There will be an annual review to determine if we need to keep your data and your data will be deleted if we no longer need it to maintain our legal obligations.
